Jacquie Noelle is probably the sexiest Yoga instructor I've ever seen. Her personality makes her workouts some of the most enjoyable yoga workouts I've tried. She is wearing a black outfit while working out. You of course, can wear anything you want to wear. Hint: "Something Sexy" like well, you can decide.

There is one scene that could be considered a short dance. It is not difficult, however it will make you feel very sexy. The bare wood floor and sheer drapes covering the window are the basics of the set. Then, you have some plants and candles, a chair, a water bottle and a towel.

Throughout this workout, the instructor teaches sensual and graceful yoga moves beyond upward or downward dog. Horizon, plank and warrior pose will all be familiar.

You will also learn some essential:

Breathing techniques
Pelvic Stretches
Inner-core strengtheners
Body-enhancement positions

What did I notice after exercising?

1. I caught myself walking in a sexy way through my kitchen. Hey, hey.
2. I felt like I had more energy.
3. I felt that my skin tingled a bit and I felt warm all over. (Probably revitalizing nerve endings and increasing blood circulation)
4. My body loved the stretching and relaxation section at the end of the workout.
5. I felt kinda sexy and the feeling lasted all night and well into the next day.

The exercises in this workout will be very familiar to anyone who has experienced yoga. This is mostly yoga, but there is a small section of modern dance. I did appreciate the attention to some of my more favorite poses although I'm still struggling with "table" pose.

I'll Give it the Benefit of The Doubt & Give it a 2 - H. Foster -
I'm an American living in the UK, so to send this back would cost almost as much as it did to buy it. I have not even done this DVD because the sound quality is so poor that unless my TV is up full blast I can't make out what she is saying. If I have it on loud enough to understand her, the music is so loud it's overpowering. I'm giving it a 2 for concept and because since I haven't actually done the exercizes, I will assume some good can come from them. Not recommended.

I saw this DVD in a store, and bought it almost immediately. The minute I popped it in the player, I was disappointed.

It's a very boring DVD. Now, I'm no yoga slouch, but some of the positions were a little difficult - but not so much difficult as tedious. The sound quality was awful - not just difficult to hear, but it fluctuated depending on where she was facing. And, to be honest, I can't even remember if there's music.

I was hoping to unlock bedroomy fun, and was left boredly hitting the fast forward button. If you want to feel sexy, I suggest getting another, slightly more active DVD - like Carmen Elektra's strip tease aerobics. A totally different ball field, but guaranteed to put a little spice in your life.

I don't know why this yoga DVD got such good ratings. The sound quality was so awful, i couldn't hear what she was saying. It seemed like it was filmed in her living room without proper sound equipment or something. Also, definitely not for new yoga users. While Volume 1 is for "beginners", her positioning went excessively fast throughout the workout. It shouldn't be noted as for "beginners" if it's not.

Correcting Posture Through Yoga

You might not already know, but the leading pain in America is back pain. Of which costs America and countless other countries billions of dollars each year. However it isn't just the economy that suffers with an individual's back pain; life simply is difficult to keep up with when your back is aching.

From time to time every work-place will be effected by back pain, whether it be higher up in the food-chain or an average worker. We all loose out when we suffer from lower or upper back pain.

As you might already know from previous visits to the doctor, our spinal column is made up of thirty three individual bones. All of which combine to make a small S-like curve in our backs for strength. The back is meant to give us a large degree of flexibility forward , and side to side. However bending backward is somewhat limited. It is this limitation that is often times exhausted by the average human. Allowing us to tear surrounding muscle groups and ligaments resulting in severe or chronic back pain.

More than thirty million Americans suffer from lower back pain, often times resulting due to poor or improper posture. Causing weak back muscles and inadequate flexibility throughout their body. However, some cases may be caused simply by a lack of movement or mobility. As you sit at your desk for countless hours, you rarely think to stretch your back muscles or keep track of your posture. Often times too distracted by work. Regardless of your hectic work schedule though, you should always try to keep your body's posture in mind.

Another leading cause of improper posture is obesity. If you are obese and have seen your doctor due to back pain, he or she has probably explained the problems it will cause. Often times your abdominal walls are lined with much more weight than they are meant to support. Causing your back to take the load off, and turning to excruciating pain.

Regardless of the cause, poor posture can reap havoc on your life. For this reason your doctor will probably prescribe you numerous types of pain killers. However, there are means to treat the cause rather than the symptoms. Yoga has been used to treat poor posture and the resulting pain for decades. However if you aren't sure of the positive influence that yoga will have on your poor posture.
